DJ Station
The grand dame of gay Bangkok clubbing just never seems to get old.
Packed to the point of making dancing near impossible on weekends, DJ Station has come to define Thailand’s gay nightlife for many visitors.
Located at the end of Silom Soi 2, the club stands three stories tall, although not much goes on at the very top. Most of the dancing takes place on the ground, with some guys going shirtless on stage.
On the second floor, things are noticeably more cruise-y—and boozy. The entry is B200, which gets you two drink tickets (standard drinks are B100 inside). There\'s a pretty tired cabaret show at 11pm if you\'re interested.
The music sees the usual offerings of house remixes of big pop divas. Expect a mix of Hong Kong/Singaporean weekenders, flight attendants and small packs of gay tourists.
As for the Thais, they tend to either be into the pan-Asian circuit scene and dancing shirtless on stage or chasing white guys on the second floor.
