Breeze

Breeze is a testament to the rising stature of Asian cuisine among connoisseurs, offering authentic yet impeccably innovative dishes from our award-winning chef in a stunning venue where design, cuisine and service come together for an evening unlike any other.

You are seeing the new face of Asian dining in Bangkok, and the view from Bangkok’s highest open-air Asian restaurant and the 25-meter neon-lit sky-bridge is a sight to behold.

With the cityscape and the Chao Phraya River as backdrop, accented by water features and mirrors, the modernist design is as tasteful as the cuisine, whether one chooses to dine on the terrace, indoors, or in a private dining room for up to 14 guests.

The Asian cuisine breathes new life into an ancient tradition with the popular Tasting Menu and such delicacies as wasabi prawns with mango and ebiko; crispy Chilean sea bass with GH Mumm champagne sauce; and Hunan-style wok-fried Maine lobster. On hand are more than 3,000 bottles of wine to complement the feast.

Every night at Breeze, Chef Sam Pang channels a lifelong love affair with Asian cuisine into his personal aspiration to raise guests’ expectations by continually taking his extraordinary presentations to the next level. For diners, it is always a journey to a place they have never been before, and will never forget.
